  1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
All Heatpushers apparel orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.
During high-volume periods, such as new collection drops, limited-edition releases, or holiday sales, processing times may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days. If your order faces an unexpected, significant delay, we will reach out to you immediately via email.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your items will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your package and your delivery destination.
  • Standard Ground Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 1–3 business days for urgent deliveries.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75. For orders under this threshold, a flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your apparel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your official tracking number. Your tracking history will become active and scannable within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can follow your package's journey directly through the link provided in the confirmation message.
  1. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Heatpushers is not responsible for orders that are misdelivered or returned to our facility due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
  1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
Heatpushers is not legally liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS/UPS). If your tracking history states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
If you receive your apparel and it is physically damaged from transit, please keep all original packaging materials and contact our support team at [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours so we can assist you with the carrier claim process.
  1. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and Worldwide. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses for international orders.
All international orders may be subject to local customs clearance, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. Heatpushers has no control over these charges and is not responsible for paying them. All customs fees are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
